Have you ever wanted to tune your own gear? Don't know where to start or have just purchased a tuning kit and want to expand your knowledge?​

After many requests and a few trial runs, I thought I would offer the opportunity to come hang out for an hour and learn about tuning and maintaining ski gear!

There’s heaps of information on Google and YouTube about ski tuning. Whilst that can be really helpful, I find the sheer volume of information can present misconceptions and contradictions that can be confusing to navigate.

Nothing beats hands-on experience to get your confidence up and having your specific questions answered! Bring your own skis / snowboard along and we’ll tune them up together and give you the knowledge to maintain them into the future.

 

During our time together, we will cover:

• Hot Waxing

• Edge Tuning / Sharpening / Maintenance 

• Base Repair

• Binding Checks

• The tools and equipment I tune with

• Tips & Tricks

• Any equipment-related questions you have

 

If you have your own tuning equipment, please bring it along so you can practice with your personal gear.

Price: $150

Time: 1 Hour 

Equipment: We’ll tune up your own Ski / Snowboard (+$50 for additional piece of equipment)
